What I can propose at TPOD is using my experience in Sweden, a country of SDGs innovation, to play a role of bridging between architecture and food.

By continuing to use the vegetables of contract farmers throughout the year, we can protect the lives of organic farmers and provide stable support to restaurants with supports from customers.

With rapid changes in food and lifestyles over the years,
How do we ensure our food remain in abundance in future?
I propose we raise awareness in the appreciation for food in mindful eating and not only pursuing a tasty meal.

Biography
Born in 1980 in Kagurazaka, Tokyo. He grew up with an architect father and a sister who is a potter.
At the young age of 15, he worked in the kitchen of a western restaurant and his culinary passion was awakened.
In 2001, he moved to Miyakojima, Okinawa and returned to Tokyo in 2003 where he was then trained in a Ginza Italian restaurant.
In 2005, he returned to Okinawa and opened his own cafe on a remote island.

Business experience: 20 years (as of Jan 2020)
Then he joined the Okinawa Nawamiya Furushima Resort Hotel in 2008 and was part of a team to launch four new restaurants.
In 2010, he was assigned to Stockholm, as a chef to the Ambassador of Japan Embassy in Sweden.
After retiring from the embassy in 2013, he started his training in a 1-star and a 2-star Michelin restaurant in Sweden.
2014 was the year he moved to Singapore to work in a Japanese restaurant.
Thereafter, he helped start up a modern European restaurant, 999.99 in 2015.
And joined a Japanese Italian restaurant, Caffe B in 2017 as a chief advisor.
In 2019, he was appointed Yamagata Prefecture, Higashine City Ambassador.
