Job Position 1: Architect
Key Responsibilities:
・ Architectural design
・ City planning
・ Interior design
・ 3D CAD modeling
・ Architechtual model making
・ Information research
・ Design management at site
・ Communication with clients and members involved in each project
・ Others
Essential Qualifications:
・ First-Class Architect registered in Japan or those who are equivalent to it with an architectural license acquired outside of Japan
・ 10+ years of working experience as an architect
・ Japanese proficiency to communicate and carry out work tasks
・ University graduate or master’s graduate with educational background of Architecture or General Art
Monthly salary: ￥330,000 -
Job Position 2: Interior Designer [URGENT]
Key Responsibilities:
・ Interior design
・ Creation of design concept proposal
・ Preparation of interior design drawings and material boards
・ Information research
・ Design Management at site
・ Communication with clients and members involved in each project
・ Others
Essential Qualifications:
・ Qualified interior planner or interior coordinator.
・ 5+ years of working experience as an interior planner or interior coordinator.
・ University graduate or master’s graduate with an educational background of Interior Design, Architecture or General Art.
・ Japanese proficiency to communicate and carry out work tasks.
Monthly Salary: ￥250,000 -
Desirable Qualifications for Both Positions:
・ Working experience of designing offices, hotels, or complex facilities
・ Conversational-level English proficiency.
Working Conditions for Both Positions:
Working Hours: 9am – 6pm
Holiday: Saturday, Sunday, Public holidays, Summer holidays, and New Year holidays
Commuting Allowance: Provided
Bonus/Salary Increase: Provided
Retirement Allowance: Provided
Fully covered by Social Insurance comprised of Pension Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance and Worker’s Accident Compensation Insurance.
