I believe that the design wrapped with a sense of intelligence and humor always carries powerful yet unique inspiration to us and encourage myself to bring towards the world beyond my percepiton. Collaborating with the members of TPOD, I am looking forward to experiencing the new creation and how far our imagination goes.

Biography

She achieved Master of Arts from Nara Women’s University Graduate School and started her career by joining Ryosuke Yamamoto Atelier where she had learned the professional method of architectural design for Japanese traditional housing. In 2012 she co-founded Tonoi Architecture Office with Tamaki Tonoi. Their award-winning projects are HATAGOYA Nishijin, Bungalow A and DETATCHED ROOM in Inami, which all accommodate space with quality.
