Through exposure to different fields of design, I have come to see design as a process of finding value. It was a rather simple desire to bring beauty into everyday life that brought me to the world of interior design, yet what makes creating spaces intriguing to me is that the value of a space seems to lie not only in its aesthetics or functionality, but also in the mood it evokes, the experiences of those who gather there, and even the traces left by memories that become etched into the space over time.

I hope to create spaces that bring comfort and moments of surprise, engaging all the senses. I believe Kyoto is filled with places that can offer inspiration for this, and I look forward to discovering them.
